How to Order:

Welcome to The MZ Shop.

If you wish to purchase parts from us, we require you to set up a user account. See the “Create Account” link directly under the site logo. This costs nothing and all we take from you is your contact details so we can post out parts to your address. Here you will be asked for a user name and a password to protect your details. If you like, you can also choose to sign up to our newsletter service at this time. You can also take this opportunity to add multiple shipping addresses to enable you to receive your ordered parts anywhere you require them, or to have them sent to someone else on your behalf. As a gift perhaps?

However, you can still browse our website freely without registering as a user.

To order, simply choose the model of MZ you require parts for from the left hand menu. From there you can navigate via the links to the appropriate page where you will find the parts you require.

Once you have found your part, if it is in stock the “Add to cart” button will be visible to add as many units of that item to your cart as you require. You can add as many items into your cart as you wish before checking out. Shipping calculations are automatically calculated based on the address and the total weight of all the items in your cart.

If the “Add to Cart” button is not visible, it is because that component is currently out of stock. However, we advise you to use the “Any Questions?” contact form shown below that component’s description, as we may be able to advise you when we can expect more stocks of this component to arrive.

Before checkout, you will be required to either create a user account or to log in with your existing user name. You can return to your shopping cart at any time, by clicking on the “My Shopping Cart” link on the right of the page.

During checkout, you can use any discount codes you may have for our store. Simply add the discount code into the box and click on the “recalculate” link to receive your discount.

Once you have selected your shipping address and the total shipping costs have been added to your order, click on the “Continue” link. This will take you to the “Confirmation” page. Here you can check and finalise all the details of your order with us, before completing your order with us using the “Place order!” button at the bottom of the page.

From there you will be automatically re-directed to the Paypal website where you can either log in as a Paypal user and pay us using your Paypal account balance. OR you can pay using either your debit/credit card via Paypal’s payment service provider technology.

Please note, we will not ship any orders until payment is received in full.

Delivery Policy

At The MZ Shop Ltd we calculate our postage costs on the total weight of your shopping basket plus additional costs for packaging.

We ship to UK customers using Royal Mail’s Packet Post service for all mail up to 1Kg and their Standard Parcel service for all parcels over 1Kg.

We can send items using their Special Delivery or Signed For services, to be negotiated in advance with each individual customer.

European mainland deliveries are shipped using Parcelforce’s Globalvalue service and prices are calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the goods shipped.

Please note that real time tracking of these services is not offered by Royal Mail.

We will ship to countries outside the EU, however we advise that customers from outside Europe contact us in advance of ordering, in order that we can provide them with an accurate shipping quote before purchase.

The MZ Shop Ltd have a policy of shipping within 7 working days of receipt of payment, where possible. However, do ship most orders within 24 hours when possible.
